[SCCC] Custom VOX Audio Circuit Needed

A ham friend contacted me asking if an external
VOX unit kit or built product was available for
his Kenwood TS-50S which he wants to use
with a Heil or similar headset.

Something packaged in a small mini-box with a
9V battery powered Op amp circuit I think should work fine

..or anyone that moonlights their regular engineering/tech
job that would be interested in building one up - ( for a fee - not free ! )

I have no pecuniary interest in this matter -
I nor the fellow requesting the unit am not interested in building the unit.
