80m sloper

First sprint from the rebuilt UCSB club station.  Plays pretty well on 20 and
40.  80 was noisy and had trouble hearing the weaker stations.  Lots of
computers in the building and the air handling stuff on the roof makes a lot of
electrical noise. Stayed on 20 too long - didn't expect the activity 
to be below
7025 when I checked the band.
