The rule states: see http://www.cqp.org/Rules.html

"Club members can submit their logs for the club competition by entering the
club name . . . . NCCC, SCCC, NCDXC, and SCDXC specifically are not allowed."

In my own "native" club, NCCC, many members will submit their scores for
either of two popular N Cal clubs: REDXA and MLDXCC (Redwood Empire
DX Club and Mother Lode CC resp.) The Caltech club and the SCCARC have
made small entries in recent past years.

YOu can see a list of top Club competitors for the past several years,
both in CA and elswhere, at

http://www.cqp.org/Results.html#Top_Club

That having been said, MLDXCC always wins it for CA.

Most importantly, get into the CQP and have fun
representing the fine state of CA, from which you can be made to
feel like rare DX for one glorius weekend.

73 Bill N6ZFO/6

In CQP: n6zfo/6 Tehama County, operating from the Eagle
Peak CDF Fire Lookout (hopefully -- still being arranged)
