I finally got around to measuring the TWB 4001 LMR400 cable
from eBay seller emcommunications. I measured the following
based on a 1000 foot long sample. NOTE: I did not measure
the sample to be sure it was 1000 feet, I just measured the
whole roll as it arrived.

MHz and LOSS per 100 feet. The manufacturer's spec is in ( )
:

1=  .178dB.
2=    .261
4 = .438
7= .530
15= .685
30= .854  (.7)
50=  1.07 (.9)
100= 1.40
144= 1.64
150=  1.67 (1.5)
200= 1.91
450= 2.93 (2.7)
500= 3.10

Please note I used only PL-259's. Loss above 100 MHz might
be modified a tiny bit by the connector bump, increasing as
frequency increases. It would not affect anything below 100
MHz.

Connectors fit the cable well.

These measurements are right in line with the specs. There
is always some variation between samples and the cable was
pretty hot when I tested it. The temp here was 105 F today
and the cable had been sitting outside for a while.

So it looks like good cable.
