Comments:
First I was going to pass on this one, then decided to put a few hours in each evening but not lose any sleep.  All plans were washed out when one of the cats became extremely ill.  He did not survive the weekend.  I made a few contacts Friday evening but was too stressed to try more than a couple of hours.  I was easily hearing many states I need for 160 WAS, including  Maine, but the more local bread and butter stations were weaker than usual and way too many of the loudest of them CQ'd right over me.  I had hoped that with the better results I've been having on 80m lately it might rub over onto 160, but no such luck.  Anyway, I'm glad to have been on the air, and I'll hand out a few points again in the Stew Perry.
