[SCCC] W4EF summary, old SCCC photo?

Good detective work, professor!  The other photo most certainly would 
be the K6SE QTH... it looks like the desert, and there are two 
crankups there with a TH-6 and shorty forty-- so I think it must be 
Earl's phased system for 160.
