ALthough not available when first announced, I was able to buy some at my local (Newport BEach) post office. I suspect that even if they didn;t have them in stock, if  you asked your local PO to get them, they could.

ANother IRC question: I have two new Italian IRS's that were not stamped by their PO. What can I do with these other than start a collection?
