I was at my NH QTH for this contest.  The ice storm came on Thursday  night 
and took out my electrical power due to trees falling on power  lines.  It came 
back on Tuesday morning after 4 1/2 days.  No heat, no  water, no 
electricity.  Temperature in the teens on two nights but the  house stayed warm at 44F.  
I hooked up a battery to my IC706 to listen and  only heard a couple very 
faint local stations.  The rest of the time I sat  in front of the fireplace and 
did Sudoku puzzles.  I don't think I missed  much though.
