[SCCC] W6 1x1 calls in the IARU contest

The teams are all in place for first West Coast Regional Team Championship
sponsored by the Southern California Contest Club.  It is our regional WRTC
style competition that will take place within the IARU contest this
weedend.  Look for and work stations with 1x1 calls with the prefix "W6."
These are teams at various locations in the West Coast region competing with
