[SCCC] Reason for crappy conditions

Well, in addition to the 28/35-day problem, there was the "seasonal" 
change too, in the interim-- more hours of darkness in the northern 
hemisphere and less ionization as a result.  By the way, I noticed 
that ZS4TX (nearing his summer) put up a huge score in the 
WW.  Pretty good high band numbers.  More sunlight?
