The ARRL document on Antenna Height apparently spoke for itself and answered
the Oceanside Staff objection of requiring an NEC analysis.



The lawyer for the City of Oceanside was apparently already aware of the
Palmdale victory and as a result had changed her opinion for the Planning
Commission Hearing.



She went from a position of strong opposition to the variance prior to the
Palmdale victory to a conciliatory position of explaining that PRB-1 and
AB1228 limited Oceanside to approving the 75' variance.



There are some minor engineering issues that Bob still needs to deal with
but they should be doable.



Another significant Victory for Ham Radio….
