Comments:  Conditions were weak at the start but fortunately 15m opened 
up pretty well.  Wish there had been more activity there.  Went back 
several times during the day and heard a few station so the band was 
open to some extent most of the afternoon.

Less noise this time as the cooling tower was off.  But campus 
facilities is griping about the requested shut downs now and wants to 
"recharge the department" for their time.  Hopefully we can convince 
them otherwise as the department will not support us and club has no 
regular budget.
