 The purpose of the survey was to gather data from the customers on what
they like and dislike about the convention to aid the organizers in
improving the experience. There are no other agendas. I am an event
organizer and former Chair of the 1983 ARRL National Convention. I would
relish any objective feedback, rather than just hearing the complaints of
the vocal minorities.



The survey was not designed for the current host. It is being eagerly
anticipated, however, by the two chairmen of the 2011 event.



Finally, anyone who believes that having to call the Holiday Inn on one
specific day in June as the only way to ensure getting a room is acceptable
is oblivious to the other issues of the venue being inadequate to our needs.
That is just a personal opinion.
