[SCCC] Logging of power for ARRL DX Contest

I suspect that contest committees have log evaluation software that is
sophisticated enough to do the translation. Think about a station sending
the cut number power of ATT (100 watts) for example. Surely he isn't
entering ATT in his own logging software as the power sent in the exchange.

The contest logging software that I use converts abbreviations to numbers.
Entering KW as received results in 1000 in the Cabrillo log. I don't think
I've been gigged by any contest committees.
