[SCCC] Logging of power for ARRL DX Contest

I think the Contest letter just addressed this: K, KW 1000 .. um some cut 
numbers, all read the same by log check software. Think about the various 
ways guys said it this weekend! I just put K in the log. "Full gallon"? Only 
heard that once.
