[SCCC] SO2R controller?

Now that is a piece of gear I am thinking of brewing up but time does not
permit me as of now.

My SO2R station is nearly complete - the only missing parts being the SO2R
controller and a pair of bandpass filters. Brewed a KK1L 6-pack and band
decoder.
