[SCCC] Dow Key 110vac coaxial relay w/ UHF , connectors? (Which morphed into Skimmer)

Sorry, Jim, I'm not into that kind of abuse. But it is humorous the way the contesting Luddites choose which technology advances are pure or impure, or fair or unfair. Just an insidious sign of advancing age I guess.

Personally, I think CW contest hand logging as DX is the most impressive skill I've witnessed. On one of our 6E2T expeditions to Mexico a monitor didn't work in the opening few hours. Good ol' Charlie Oakes W6UQF (SK) worked 881 CW Qs and neatly and meticulously hand-logged them all before we got a replacement monitor.

Indeed.  Let's have some "pure" fun, Larry.   J-38 keys, paper and pencil, 48-straight.  Let me know when you're ready.  How about ARRL DX in Feb. ?? A nice friendly One Dollar wager?

Jim
