[SCCC] Contest Ethics Question from IOTA Contest

I think that you should log what you received, and encourage the other fellows to log what they sent.  Better to do it right and submit a confusing log from the station that fouled things up, rather than to screw up everyone else's logs instead.  No good can come from that.
