[SCCC] 160M residential lot antenna

The best 160m antenna I've used on my city lot in the middle of West LA was
a 1/4 wave balloon vertical with 4 raised 1/4 wave radials that all snaked
on top of the property fences, over the roof of the house, through trees and
along the curtilage, etc.

It heard well, it transmitted well, however it got away a few times and was
a major PITA to put up before a contest, but it played. I now have my tower
shunt fed with two raised 1/4 wave radials. I actually hear better than I am
heard.
