[SCCC] Scouted out a VHF location in DM03 - Huntington Beach

This is part of the Harriet Wieder Regional Park.   There are parking stalls on the west side of Overlook Dr.   I have no idea how full they will be Saturday and Sunday.
Good view to the West and to the North.   It is at least a couple hundred feet up in elevation.
