[SCCC] JA's and Super Check Partial

I wonder if I am the only one but I would estimate that 25 to 30 per cent 
of the JA calls were not in the Super Check Partial.  There are two reasons 
why.  First, there may be a lot of newly active hams in this contest that 
haven't been active enough to make it into the SCP (at least five logs).  Or 
second, I have really screwed up the copy of their calls.  I hope it is the 
first reason.
