[SCCC] 9n1ii in the contest

That's disappointing, but not surprising. He was a little too loud on 10 
meters during ARRL DX given the propagation. I thought maybe he had some 
extraordinarily good QTH on the side of a mountain. Perhaps he does, but 
not in Nepal :-)
