[SCCC] Light Weight 25 to 30 Ft Crankup Tower needed

I have a ham friend who is building up a small tower trailer and looking
for a light weight
crankup tower that would be around 10 ft high collapsed and 25 to 30 feet
extended
if anyone knows of a source

He does know about the pricey Force 12 Square Tube aluminum ones

Roy is also looking  for someone to mount this tower onto a small trailer
he already owns
so tower could tilt and be towed. If you know of any good
welder/fabricators in Southern CA area
that do turn key and quality work, please let us know
( Preferably a ham,..... but a fabricator with good mechanical knowledge
who delivers on-time/when promised
turn key projects desired !)
