John,

Here is my 'run' exchange in N1MM.

TX}{ENTER}  TU 599  # #  {TIME2}  {TIME2}  !  {ENTERLF} {RX}

That's in N1MM which is a great RTTY contest program..

In MMTTY go to Option,
Setup Logging,
Check BARTG,
Check 599+001+UTC

Subject: [SCCC] MMTTY time settings

I'm puzzled how MMTY determines the time. Anyone know? When it sends the time as

part of an exchange it's not coordinated with the computer time, but the
<message> following the transmission is coordinated with the computer time. I
wanted to operate a few hours of the BARTG with a paper log but I got so
frustrated trying to get MMTTY to send UTC for the BARTG contest that I gave up
on it after screwing up two contacts. Old age maybe.
