[SCCC] Club Website Additions

I have added two online programs to the club web site 
http://www.socalcontestclub.org/

1. ScoreLog for VHF contests: calculates the score, displays header 
information, contact and grid breakdown by band. Also shows duplicate 
contacts and rover contacts in excess of 20.

2. RateLog for HF contests: displays the hourly rate by band and by 
total. Also displays the best 10 minute rates and best one minute rates.

If you have any problems using these please let me know.
