This morning, except for 20m SSB and 10m SSB, the 1600z-1759z 
timeslot is wide open for choices.  I'd love to get some instant 
sign-ups-- webtool, or direct email, or phone call.  I note that 12m 
is open to Europe again.

This is our last day-- everything ends at 4PM local (2359:59z) 
TODAY!  Plenty of good slots remaining later in the morning and
