If you would like to address this ridicules proposal from the ARRL that 
would allow unattended digital (wide)Winlink type trasmissions into our 
CW sub-bands you should log on to the FCC database and express your 
concerns.

Just a couple of sentences to the effect that you oppose the ARRL 
proposition to open the CW-only portions of the HF bands to wide-mode 
operations will suffice.

comment, and send!

/If you do nothing, you will have in effect supported RM-11708. It only 
takes five or ten minutes to make a short comment.
