Hi, Dennis.

I forwarded the message to our regulatory team at ARRL HQ, and they will
check into it.  They did say that these authorizations have pretty strict
limitations and include a "stop buzzer" with contact info in the event
harmful interference occurs.  If it appears that correspondence with either
the FCC or the grantee is needed, our General Counsel tells me he will
initiate it.
