Soapbox:
I was going to try to transition to N1MM logger for this contest, but had
too much on my plate for now, so I decided to transition another time and
enjoy the contest with a logging program that was familiar to me--like an
old shoe, N3FJP. Almost beat my previous all-time high QSO count in this
restricted condo by only 4 Qs! It went down to the wire no pun intended). :)

While I was calling CQ for the last hour, I was sketching plans for using
both a 40m Moxon and a 20m Moxon for Field Day with a new multi-pulley
arrangement to help with the heavy lifting. I've used each one before, but
not both together. Then it dawned on me! Why not try to put a Moxon in my
attic?! Better than my dipoles! At least for 10 meters! Maybe even a 15
meter Moxon might fit! I can aim it East for stateside contests and get
out/hear better. (I'd been thinking all weekend how to make my station
better, upgrade the coax, add a reflector for 10m and 15m, etc.)

15 meters was just hoppin' for me on Saturday with 38 countries comin' in
to my little ol' attic. Had a good time.

73,
Bob NC6Q
