Hi Dennis,
In addition to those you mentioned, the other freqs which should be avoided
are the SATERN net (14.265 i believe), 14.300, and possibly 3803 or 3805
in KP4 land.
As we had some cell service pretty much through Irma and Maria, there are
no VI outgoing H&W nets I am aware of.
We do have a 2x daily (12z and 20z) net with our Federal and Territorial
partners on 5346.5 KHz USB, however this is unaffected by contests.
Thanks again for all you have done for us. The FCC DIRS report is now
part of our daily routine. We are still staffing the EOC 12-hrs / day and
have been operational since just before Irma, which I believe is going on
about a month now.
That's a long contest 'mon!
Very 73,
Fred

By the way, this information may be stale but according to ARRL, the relief
nets are operating on 3.815 and 7.188 MHz. If anyone has more current
information, please post it here. Thanks.

If you're like me, you've been reading about and seeing on TV the plight of
our fellow Americans in Puerto Rico after two devastating hurricanes
obliterated the island. The people there need our help. Badly.
When the Red Cross called on Amateur Radio for 50 volunteers to go there to
help with communications, our fraternity responded quickly.

And we can do more.
Please consider donating to ARRL's Ham Aid Fund
https://www.arrl.org/arrl-donation-form
You can provide instructions on how you would like your donation to be used.
For example, I specified that I would like to have mine help our friends in
Puerto Rico.
I hope that you will join me in helping fellow Americans. Fellow humans.
Fellow families. ARRL is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organization holding
tax identification number 06-6000004. Contributions to ARRL are
tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
There is a strong likelihood that relief efforts will continue through next
weekend's California QSO Party. Please be cognizant and avoid relief net
frequencies. This weekend's NAQP SSB contest was rescheduled to avoid
interference with relief efforts. Let's do our part too next weekend and
avoid interfering with those efforts.
