Family obligations limited my time to the beginning and tail-end of contest.
Early on, couldn't figure out why band conditions were so quiet and signals
so weak. Then I saw the RX ANT button that I didn't think I touched once in
the 26 years I've owned the radio. Fixed quickly, which helped.
