[SCCC] ADIF to Cabrillo Converter

Trying to help a new contester convert his ADIF file to Cabrillo for the
ARRL VHF Contest. Apparently he has too many QSOs to want to manually enter
them again in Bruce's manual Cabrillo creator.

 

I'm going to try to import it into my N1MM+ and export to Cabrillo unless
someone has another suggestion. He used WSJT-X and used that file to upload
to LOTW and QRZ but now wants to submit to the contest.
