[SCCC] Effectiveness of MFJ-1026 Noise Filter??

All,

WOW, overwhelming response, all positive, including several offers to 
loan me an MFJ or similar unit to try out!! Can't beat SCCC for helpfulness!!

I've decided it's worth the investment, so I won't need to borrow one 
from anybody. However, after perusing the 1026 manual on the web for 
a few minutes before C5DL finally came up strongly enough to try 
calling on 10 MHz, I'm wondering how one keys both the 1025/1026 and 
an external amplifier simultaneously? I suppose I'll find out as I 
read further through the manual, however. If nothing else, an 
additional keying transistor can be added to my ARB-704 (assuming I 
run an amp...).

(And yes, I did snag C5DL on 10 MHz, on my 1st call yet  8-D  Now for 
80 and 40... And then VI9NI, if they ever get back on the air... )
