Hi Dennis,

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Included: House, garage, all furniture, blinds, washer/dryer, 40 foot shipping container, K0XG Rohn 55 rotating tower system with Green Heron, all current antennas, cabling, two Stackmatch boxes (for the triband stack and the WARC stack), an Ameritron RCS-8 box and an Elecraft K-3. The tower is fully permitted. There is a 30 foot Rohn 25 tower with a Cushcraft A-3. (unpermitted) Also have some Rohn 20/25 tower, lots of boom, mast and antenna aluminum, cables etc. RX Shared Apex antenna from WX0B. John Deere 130 tractor, about a year old I will also pass control of the club call of KH7B to the buyer. 2x1 KH calls are just about impossible to get out here. Not included are personal effects (pictures, ie. toaster oven etc.)

2. Land is a little over 12 acres (very high and dry)

3. Address is 35-362 Kihalani Homestead Rd, Laupahoehoe, HI 96764 The Google aerial view is almost up to date (about a year old) but the street view was made before I built and only shows the raw land.

4 Internet Connection: Not really sure of the speed and since I am on the mainland can't check. However, I use a Verizon Hot Spot for Internet. I think the download is around 10-15 M, not sure of upload. They just ran the high speed line up past my place, but I cannot get any firm answer as to when the line will be activated...typical KH6.

Wow, beautiful! Does anyone know how much land that QTH sits on? It doesn't
say in the ad. His QRZ listing is a PO box so getting a street address to
look up was a no go for me. He also doesn't say whether the towers and
antennas come with the property but dismantling and moving them to FL seems
cost prohibitive to me. Naturally, that question can be answered with an
email to him.

The link in his ad to pictures has an extra space in it. The correct link
is: https://kh7xs.shutterfly.com/pictures/39

The direct link to his ad on eham is
https://www.eham.net/classifieds/results/60 and as of now, his ad is at the
top of that page.

Now we know why Bill always has such a great signal on this side of the
Pacific!

Hi,

Bill, KH7XS/K4XS, reports that he's moving back to Florida and has put his
Hawaii QTH up for sale.

"The listing is on eham under ham homes for sale. In the ad is a link to
lots of pics of the place. I'd appreciate if you would pass the word around
on this to the club. As you know the station plays like gangbusters and
would be suitable for SO, MS or maybe even M2. I really would like to sell
to a ham."

Bill's e-mail address is: cqtestk4xs at aol.com
