[SCCC] WSJT-X v2.1.0 GA Release Now Available

It appears K1JT has come out with a new ft4 release 2.1.0 that puts the 
frequency range back to 7047.5-7050. This portion of the CW band 
includes regular ARRL code practice sessions and regular ARRL Bulletins 
on 7047.5. _ft4 belongs higher in the band_.

Those of you who are involved in ft4 should do all you can to get that 
activity back higher in the band where it belongs.  Someone should 
educate K1JT about the traditional use of these CW portions of the 40
