[SCCC] WSJT-X v2.1.0 GA Release Now Available

The WSJT-X team has released a new GA Release, v2.1.0 today. This version
includes several enhancements, including the latest FT4 protocol
improvements and a Windows 64 bit installation package. As usual, you can
install it in a separate folder without uninstalling your previous
version(s).
