Hi Patrick,

Your note did not include the date but I see in the SDDXC bulletin that it is Sunday, 4 August, 2019. In the past, all amateurs are welcome to the DX Bash (not just SDDXC or SCDXC members but please confirm. There doesn't seem to be many details on the SDDXC web site. 

There are a few more details on the SCDXC.org web site at http://www.scdxc.org/docs/newslist/newsletter_20190700.pdf (although it mistakenly refers to the event as the 2020 Summer Bash. Time is flying fast enough for me without skipping into next year hi hi).

Parking note:  Parking is very limited as it is a CUL-DE-SAC so the wise 
thing is to Drop passengers off at the house and then search for 
parking.  Please carpool if possible.

Also, seating is very limited as well, so bring your portable chair and 
a table if possible.

the Bash starts at 12, but we need plenty of help setting up & food prep 
so come early if possible. This also makes for a better parking spot
