The NEQP starts at 1300 PDT and goes to 2200 PDT tonight.  It starts again at 0600 PDT Sunday and goes to 1700 PDT  The 7QP will be loud in SoCal on Saturday but there will be W1's calling NEQP in there.  Sunday will be clear.

The exchange for outside W1 is 599CA (the state).  There are 67 counties and all of them are supposed to be on the air.  There are several rovers that will activate a bunch of counties.  Suggested rover frequencies are 3540-3545, 7035-7040, 14045-14050 for CW and 7235 +/- and 14275 +/- for SSB.
The web site for county abbreviations is www.neqp.org.  Essentially the first three letters are the county and the last two letters are the state.  Example: HILNH is Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
