[SCCC] Missing CQ Mags??

It is not a mystery that CQ Publishing has financial problems.  Sending individual copies to subscribers costs a lot of money.  Sending a bundle to HRO costs far less.  That may be the reason.

Kind of POs me since both issues were at HRO-Anaheim yesterday
(although I didn't buy the Jan issue, just the VERY-LATE December
issue). Makes me wonder whether CQ is trying to garner more revenue
by selling subscriptions at bargain prices, then not delivering the
paper rags within a reasonable time period and forcing contesters to
buy the mag from the local magazine stand just to see how low they
placed last year (and then finding the results are only online
anyway) 8-D I'm of the old-school and still like to flip pages on my
paper reading material, and even fall asleep with the mag open on my
chest. An e-version just doesn't cut it for me (even if I have no use
for the rag after a year or so and just toss them out).

Still looking for someone around here with a TS890S... I don't wanta
be the first wit one, but maybe that's how it'll turn out...  8-/
