[SCCC] Fwd: [PVRC] Setting up WSJTx and JTAlert on WIN 10 for VHF Contest update

If any of you are operating contests using WSJT-X 
and/or JTAlert, and you're migrating (as opposed 
to "upgrading") to W10, the following tips may be 
of interest as you get ready for this weekend's VHF contest.
