[SCCC] Portable Laptop for Field Use with KX3

I use an up-converter from Amazon. 
My notebook needs 17 volts and 3.5 amp. 
This one will put out 8 amps with a larger heat sink added to it...I added added a 1/8” 3”x3” aluminum to the sink. 
I have a second one to run other items like a second computer, USB hub, lights, etc.
