[SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

I haven't ever been very active in the WPX contests, as I don't chase 
prefixes, just countries. Having said that, I note that I do have two 
WPX certificates on the wall; one for 2007 SOLP 3.5 MHz 1st place 
North America operation from Connecticut, one for last year for top 
W6 SOA LP 7 MHz. Both required some effort to earn, so I'm likely to 
try to top each at some point later, more likely unassisted.

But not if I'm competing against everyone else with no holds barred; 
I know when to get into a knife fight: only when other knives are being used.

I'll reserve my comments about AA3B and his attitudes for private conversation.
