[SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

This rule change is long overdue
I have never seen it helpful in working anymore stations than doing a run
The only thing it helped me on was telling me when a band is open but now
that the sun is snapping back I don't even need that
I watch guys like w6ph take high score single op and the only thing they
have is a special setting called ESP
Say cluster to Kurt and he's looking for chocolate candy
It won't change my operating habits I'll do wpx just as much as I've ever
done
