[SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

I've only operated with assistance once while guest operating with a
multimulti just before COVID.
It was fun and definitely interesting to see how it worked contesting
with assistance.
But, I really like the lightweight form of operating without assistance.
Assistance is great in that it can increase overall participation; I
tend to support things that promote amateur radio participation. I
may try assisted again. Most likely if pitching in with a team who is
running assisted. I suspect I'll remain primarily unassisted at least
for solo ops.
