[SCCC] Club Circle for CQ Contests

FWIW, I’m less than 7 miles from the Northern edge of the 175’ circle and
often turn in pretty decent scores from CM95. Socially I’m more attached
to the NCCC, but I’ve started logging all my contests as SCCC to not waste
the points since their circles are skewed way North.
