[SCCC] SD NV AZ PA QSO Parties

Oops. Made a mistake. I didn't send the sponsors an ADI file. Of course, I
sent in a Cabrillo file to each of the sponsors of the SD NV AZ and PA QSO
Parties. A separate file to each one.
