[SCCC] Does A Printed MFJ Catalog Still Exist??

SO: does the Mighty Fine Junk company still publish a catalog other than 
as a downloadable?? I can't find a link on their web site to order a 
paper catalog, and they say downloading the PDF version must be done in 
spurts of pages since that catalog is so large. Back a couple years ago, 
they used to show some really interesting amplifier and tuner parts in 
their catalog. Unfortunately, my old cats are buried in some box 
somewhere from moving.
