Comments: Limited time but squeezed in some BIC time.  I noticed some guys
indicated 20 went "dead"
for a while around 2200Z.  I was wondering what happened!  I was able to
get back on about 2 hrs
later and the band sounded good again - but QSY'd to 40 for a while before
I went QRT.
