[SCCC] Expanded SCCC Club Area

What a sacrilege, to have such a famous, old-time Southern California 
call as W6RW not able to contribute to Southern California scores! If we 
did adjust things, maybe we could also include K6LL, who is also 
reputedly in Yuma somewhere!! =8-D

Who else may be down there??
