[SCCC] Update: ARRL Antenna Handbook

Email the ARRL and ask; they will probably ask for proof of purchase but I’m not sure.  When I bought this book and the handbook, I bought direct, so they knew I got it from them (and provided the links at the time — this was sometime last year).
